Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Definition: Define end-to-end system architecture and requirements (accuracy/latency/power) * Exploration: Build data pipelines and simulation/benchmark framework with suitable metrics * Development and Training: Algorithms for event/data-efficient inference (SNN/TinyML) * Improvement: Map and optimize models for edge hardware (quantization, pruning, scheduling) * Implementation: Real-time integration (sensing, compute, comms) and robustness features * Validation and Benchmarking: Validate prototypes and run power/latency/accuracy benchmarking across scenarios * Documentation and Reporting: Document results and findings by writing and submitting a Bachelor's thesis, presenting a comprehensive and well-structured report of the research and development process This thesis has to be written in cooperation with a university.
