**To strengthen our international service team at location, we are now looking for a full-time employee, to begin as soon as possible, as an** International Sales Auditor (m/w/d) **Your responsibilities** - Conducting Sales & Marketing Revisions in our PM subsidiaries around the world on a monthly basis - Doing / Following up with all tasks needed after the revision in the country is complete - Provide suggestions about ways we can improve our working methods with our subsidiaries - Train new Sales Directors in new countries to do the sales training correctly when necessary - Becoming an expert on PM-International’s business model, sales and marketing strategy, and the FitLine products - Identifying risks and improvements in our subsidiaries worldwide - Provide transparency on project statutes and ensure meeting deadlines - Provide project related time estimates - Organize and orchestrate project meetings - Create project documentation and project reports - Communicate with project team members - Give and receive feedback - Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations - Conducting business presentations for countries without an office in coordination with the entire ISD department when necessary - Analyzing and presenting outcomes of sales audits and sales reporting - Traveling short notice to various subsidiaries or countries when urgencies arise - Support in the monitoring of our Direct Selling Association memberships on assigned countries - Support on the coordination for National Product Launch requests from our subsidiaries **Your profile** - Bachelor on International Business is considered an advantage - Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Advanced proficiency on Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Fluent in English, additional languages such as German are considered an advantage - Attention to detail - Advanced literacy on creating executive summaries - Experience in direct sales/network marketing is considered an advantage - Ability to stand strong on areas that need improved without taking on all excuses - Strong analytic and creative thinking skill - Willingness to travel at any given time - Basic knowledge on international trade **Our offer:** You will work in a renowned, successful company that is well established in the market - **Collaboration**: Teamwork and productive collaboration are core values of the company - **Working atmosphere**: You will work in a pleasant atmosphere with a strong sense of camaraderie - **Variety**: The scope of work is diverse, and your ideas and suggestions for solutions are welcome - **We offer:** Christmas and vacation bonuses, employer-sponsored pension plans, and several other attractive benefits in addition to your salary **Have we peaked your interest?** Then we look forward to receiving your application via the application button, stating your salary expectations and your earliest possible starting date.
