## These exciting tasks await you: - Management and maintenance of the entire hardware lifecycle (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals). - Recording, documentation, and updating of all IT assets in the asset management system. - Creation of demand requirements in close coordination with the purchasing department. - Conducting internal inventories and reconciling our stock levels. - Taking back and documenting returned devices. - Coordinating repairs, RMA processes, and replacement devices. - Creating reports, evaluations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders and to ensure correct billing. - Working closely with service managers, purchasing, and the warehouse. ## Your profile: - Vocational degree in IT or business (e.g., IT specialist, IT support, industrial/office clerk). - Structured, careful, and process-oriented approach to work. - High level of customer and service orientation, confident conduct. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. - Interest in hardware components, IT environments, and tools is desirable. - Good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English for documentation and communication. ## Why ?
