Your work on the Ground Experience Team helps make dreams come true. Tasks Behind every great flight is an exceptional Ground Experience. In this role, you'll turn innovative ideas into customer-facing solutions that make every journey smoother and more enjoyable. From arrival to boarding, you'll help create memorable experiences for millions of our passengers. * You set the vision for Austrian Airlines' ground experience, focusing on the Vienna hub * You analyze complex data from all ground experience touchpoints to enhance our offerings * You develop and evaluate innovative experiences using quantitative and qualitative data * You enhance ground experience processes on customer experience priorities * You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer experience initiatives, from business case development and concept design to implementation, evaluation and continuous optimization * You collaborate with OS & LHG Ground Operation and FWAG to enhance customer satisfaction and strong Austrian representation * You drive cross-functional cooperation to shape the Lufthansa Group's ground experience strategy * You identify and develop revenue and external funding opportunities Austrian Onboarding Journey At Austrian Airlines, you're not just greeted - you're truly welcomed. You connect people, challenge assumptions and turn bold ideas into a Ground Experience our customers will love. * You have a degree in business, hospitality or related field and experience in customer-focused roles * You are experienced in analyzing complex data points, ground experience and technologies is a plus * You possess a strong and thrilling customer obsession mindset, combined with a high level of creativity, drive and focus on innovation * You demonstrate the ability to develop service and hospitality concepts in a cross-functional environment, ideally with specific experience in the airline industry * You have fluent communication skills in English and German and approach internal and external stakeholders openly * You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex processes * You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market Please apply online only. apply: •••••
