Ultimate Europe based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria) is part of a very successful international group of companies. ULTIMATE develops, sells and services a diverse product-portfolio of transitions, automatic door systems and interior for rail vehicles.   For our location in the USA, we are looking for a: Areas of responsibility: Independent management and coordination of customer projects Planning, monitoring, and coordination of schedules, budgets and project milestones Functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, as well as close collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and specialist departments at the Austrian site Support and communication with customers, including project meetings and presentations Coordination of change management, approvals, acceptances and type testing Support with quotations, documentation and First Article Inspection (FAI) Your profile: Completed technical or commercial education or equivalent qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or railway vehicle manufacturing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) and MS Office Business-fluent English skills Willingness to travel We appreciate your value and offer you: An environment with creative freedom and flat hierarchies A valuable experience abroad Independent and thrilling tasks in a sustainable, future-oriented industry Comprehensive training phase at the Austrian location in St. Georgen/Ybbsfelde for 4-6 months Attractive additional offer at the US-location   We look forward to receiving your application documents with a portrait and certificates to:   GmbH Hart, Gewerbestraße 27, 3304 St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde Web: •••••
