As aSenior Staff Engineer Analog Mixed Signal Design in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - **Design complex analog and mixed signal circuits** within an **international team**. Own specifications, architecture trade‑offs, and silicon performance targets while collaborating closely across function- Define and execute the **verification** strategy for **analog modules**. Create testbenches, plan corner and Monte‑Carlo coverage, run and analyze simulations according to sign‑off criteria- Provide **technical direction** to and **partner** with **layout engineers** to achieve matching, noise, IR/EM, ESD, and DFM goals. Review layouts and drive parasitic‑aware optimization through post‑layout verification- **Work closely with concept engineering and circuit modeling** to translate requirements into robust analog architectures and contribute to the creation of behavioral models for top-level integration- **Support post****‑****silicon activities**: correlate silicon to simulation results, partner with bench and test engineers to debug issues found in measurements, and support product qualifications- Work on **methodology topics**, including **Artificial Intelligence** Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed -  A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a **focus on electronics**-  At least 5+ years of experience with **analog circuits** (preferably in but not limited to the industry)-  Good knowledge of **analog electronics** and semiconductor physics-  The capacity to think by yourself coupled with the will to **learn from others**-  A strong **ownership** and **proactivity mindset**-  The ability to work and communicate well in a team If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply.
